Our inspiration
We take you on a food journey through the outskirts of the Mediterranean Sea. From familiar grounds such as Italy and Greece, to more secluded areas as Croatia, Cyprus and Lebanon. Continuing on to northern Africa, wandering through Malta and ending at everyone’s sweetheart, Spain. Inspiration from afar, ingredients fresh, festive flavors, prepared with passion.

Our Mediterranean adventure continues! Vanaf zaterdag 30 maart serveren we elk weekend lunch bij Carmel Market.
We stellen je graag voor aan onze ‘Panzone’; gemaakt van versgebakken zuurdesemdeeg brengt dit luchtige broodje de warmte en diverse smaken van de Middellandse Zee rechtstreeks naar jouw tafel. Naast de ‘Panzone’ kun je ook kiezen voor diverse salades en bowls, óf onze Carmel Market favoriet: Shakshuka!
