We start the afternoon festively with a glass of Cava, after which you can enjoy unlimited amounts of various types of tea. Next, we serve the high tea in two rounds.

Round 1 – Savory Mediterranean dishes

  • Fig and beetroot with creamy labneh, roasted beetroot and balsamic fig

  • Crispy fluffy falafel with zhug and tahini

  • Bruschettas with fresh tomato, aioli, sage, olive oil and fleur de sel

  • M.F.C. – Middle Eastern Fried Chicken: crispy chicken thigh with baharat marinade and ras el hanout mayo

  • Pita with hummus, olive oil, and shifka peppers

Round 2 – Sweet Mediterranean temptations

  • Limoncello tiramisu with mascarpone, white chocolate and cantuccini crumble

  • Baklava from Persepolis, light and sweet

  • Caramel-pecan brownie with caramel sauce

  • Vanilla and dark chocolate ice cream with olive oil and sea salt
